Managed is revolutionising property management by eliminating trust accounts, simplifying payments, and giving agencies a system that actually works for them. My role? Make the brand feel as sharp, simple, and future-focused as the product itself.

Rebrand, Client

Brief Managed needed a brand that could walk the line between tech-savvy and human. The goal was to communicate clarity in a complex space (rent, reconciliations, compliance) while staying accessible to everyday users – from property managers to self-managing landlords.

  • Crafted a clean, digital-first identity with bold colour, expressive type and a UI-inspired icon system
  • Defined a tone of voice that’s smart, helpful and just cheeky enough to stand out in a sea of SaaS sameness

These assets were designed to:

  • Add a human touchpoint to product flows and pitch decks
  • Make complex ideas feel simple and approachable
  • Bring a sense of playfulness to a space that’s usually all spreadsheets and stress
